Beauty is not something we always have to look for, but is something in which we are immersed. Amidst of the trials and hardships of living, beauty resides. All around us, God reveals His creativity and beauty in creation – nature, sounds, animals and people. We get to experience this with our senses everyday.

While this blog is purposed to show beauty in writing and photos, true beauty comes from a life of knowing and connecting with our Creator. About 2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ lived a perfect life, was crucified on behalf of the sin of humanity, and rose on the third day (1 John 3:5). His life, death and resurrection gives eternal life to those who place their trust in Jesus, accept Him as the sacrifice for our sin, and accept Him as our Lord and Savior (Matthew 20:17-19). He is the reason we have beauty and hope in our lives every day. All creation reveals His majesty, so that no one on earth is without excuse (see Romans 1:20).

Daily, Jesus beckons for humanity to enter into His quiet, peaceful presence. Will you lean in and enter? As you read this blog and view the photos, my prayer is that you do.
